At SNDYS, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items that are unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only, and final sale items cannot be returned.

Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
